Dr. Paul Steinke
Dr. Paul Steinke is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon specializing in Lapiplasty® 3D Bunion Correction, a revolutionary procedure that lowers the risk of bunion recurrence and allows patients to walk the same day after surgery. With one of the highest case volumes in the country, he also serves as surgeon faculty for Treace since 2020, training physicians nationwide and helping establish leading centers for advanced bunion care.
Practicing in Texas since 2011, Dr. Steinke also serves as an attending physician for the Dallas Advanced Foot and Ankle Reconstruction Fellowship, training future foot and ankle surgeons. Originally from Wisconsin, he completed his surgical residency in Madison after earning his doctorate from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Illinois and his undergraduate degree from Carroll University. He is double board-certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Steinke has been named a Top Doctor repeatedly in Southlake Style and Fort Worth Magazine. Outside of medicine, he enjoys golfing, woodworking, running, smoking BBQ, being a proud Jeep owner, and spending time with his wife Carrie and their two children, Aiden and Brinley. What drives Dr. Steinke is his passion to continually advance patient care through education, innovation, and compassion — helping patients return to the activities they love as quickly and safely as possible.
